    Store Manager

    Job Summary: Responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a large-format retail store, ensuring exceptional customer service, efficient inventory management, and achievement of sales targets. The Store Manager leads the store team, coordinates with multiple departments, and ensures smooth execution of business strategies, promotions, and operational standards.

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Store Operations: Set up and prepare milling machines by selecting the appropriate cutting tools, work pieces, and machine settings. This includes loading materials and securing them in the machine.
    2. Team Leadership: Develop shift rosters, assign duties, and monitor employee performance.
    3. Customer Experience: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service and complaint resolution.
    4. Sales & Reporting: Monitor sales performance, track KPIs, and drive daily targets. Analyze sales trends and recommend adjustments to increase revenue.
    5. Inventory Management: Coordinate with procurement for timely stock replenishment. Monitor stock levels, prevent shrinkage, and conduct stock audits.

    Qualifications:

    1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
    2. 5+ years of experience in a retail leadership role, preferably in a large-format or high-volume environment.
    3. Strong understanding of sales operations, merchandising, and inventory control.
    4. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
    5. Proficiency in MS Office, POS systems, and retail management software.

    Job Summary: As a key member of the store management team, the Team Leader is responsible for supervising daily floor operations, guiding team members, ensuring superior customer service, and supporting the Store Manager in achieving operational and financial goals.

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Daily Operations: Oversee the day-to-day functioning of assigned departments or sections, ensuring smooth operations and adherence to SOPs.
    2. Team Supervision: Allocate tasks, prepare staff schedules, and provide real-time guidance to ensure team productivity and discipline.
    3. Customer Engagement: Lead by example in delivering excellent customer service. Handle escalations and ensure prompt resolution of customer issues.
    4. Sales Support: Monitor sales performance, support promotional activities, and encourage upselling and cross-selling to meet sales targets.
    5. Inventory Oversight: Work with inventory teams to ensure accurate stock levels, timely replenishments, and proper stock rotation.

    Qualifications:

    1. Graduate degree in Business, Retail Management, or a relevant field.
    2. Minimum 3–5 years of retail experience, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory role.
    3. Strong leadership and people management skills with a proactive approach.
    4. Knowledge of store operations, POS systems, and customer service best practices.
    5. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
