Job Summary: Responsible for overseeing the
daily operations
of a large-format retail store, ensuring exceptional customer
service, efficient inventory management, and achievement of sales
targets. The Store Manager leads the store team, coordinates with
multiple departments, and ensures smooth execution of business
strategies, promotions, and operational standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Store
Operations: Set up and
prepare milling machines by selecting the appropriate cutting
tools, work pieces, and machine settings. This includes loading
materials and securing them in the machine.
- Team
Leadership: Develop
shift rosters, assign duties, and monitor employee performance.
- Customer
Experience: Ensure
high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service
and complaint resolution.
- Sales &
Reporting: Monitor
sales performance, track KPIs, and drive daily targets. Analyze
sales trends and recommend adjustments to increase revenue.
- Inventory
Management:
Coordinate with procurement for timely stock replenishment.
Monitor stock levels, prevent shrinkage, and conduct stock
audits.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration,
Retail Management, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in a retail leadership
role, preferably in a large-format or high-volume environment.
- Strong understanding of sales operations,
merchandising, and inventory control.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and
interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, POS systems, and
retail management software.
