    What is your return policy?

    We offer a 7-day return window from the date of delivery for most items. Products must be unused, in original packaging, and with all tags intact.

    You can initiate a return by logging into your account, visiting the "My Orders" section, and selecting the item you wish to return. Follow the steps shown or contact our support team.

    Yes. Items such as perishable goods, innerwear, personal care products, and gift cards are non-returnable unless damaged or defective on arrival.

    No. We offer free return pickups for eligible items. However, in some remote areas, customers may need to ship items themselves and we will reimburse standard courier costs.

    How can I find current offers and discounts?

    You can view all active promotions on our Offers & Deals page, available from the main menu. We also highlight top deals on the homepage and through email/SMS alerts.

    No, only one coupon or discount code can be applied per order unless explicitly mentioned in the offer terms.

    Some offers are exclusive to online shopping, while others are available in-store too. Please check the offer terms or ask in-store staff for clarification.

    If your package is delayed or lost, please reach out to our customer support. We’ll work with the carrier to locate your order or arrange a replacement if necessary.

    How long will it take for my order to ship?

    Simply browse products by category, add items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. You’ll need to enter your delivery address and payment details to complete the order.

    Orders can be modified or cancelled within 30 minutes of placing them, provided they haven’t been packed or shipped. Visit “My Orders” to make changes or contact our support team quickly.

    Go to the "My Orders" section under your account. You'll see real-time updates like Confirmed, Packed, Shipped, and Delivered. We’ll also send you tracking links via SMS or email.

    Please check your spam/junk folder. If it’s still missing, log in to your account to verify your order or contact support with your email ID and phone number.
